Hello everyone,
I sent a message to Instant House call a few weeks ago to cancel... no response
I sent an email to the support email to cancel... They are fighting it saying they didn't get the first request and now the only way to cancel is by phone. Its been 5 days with this set of emails trying to cancel my automatic recurring payment.
I haven't seen a cancellation button or form on their web site. The product is pricey, but ok.
Has anyone had an issue with cancelling this service?
