Google Chrome Incognito mode history

Dont think so, and just had a quick look around and it confirmed my thoughts it would appear. If it is an ongoing thing set the router to log, or install a third party monitor.

Would kind of defeat the purpose of porn, i mean incognito mode if it was still stored on the computer.

There's a file in Firefox that keeps track of your zoom levels for sites. Apparently, it saves them even in Privacy mode. I thinks it's Places.sqlite (don't quote me).

Chrome might have a similar flaw?

I believe it still records the history in index.dat.
If this is true where would it be located I looked for it, but was not able to find it.

As with the other quote where may this file be located?

Show system and hidden files and do a search for index.dat. Open it with notepad. It has been a few years since I did this and at that time it was a class exercise but if I remember correctly you should see data from all internet browsers. I believe incognito mode just doesn't save cookies or history in the browser.
