Good network Diagnostic Software?

So i hear XP used to have "NetDiag", which sounds fairly useful. I was wondering if there's any software you all use that basically does what ^ did, and scan/try to fix network problems?

Not familiar with Angry IP Scanner. I think the OP is after something to do tasks like reset TCP/IP, Hosts, Network Adapters and Winsock settings etc.
I may be wrong though.

The XPNetDiag was too slow...what specific features/needs are you looking for? Honestly..anything close to 'network diag" that Windows had...you can get done much quicker via command prompt.
And via command prompt, can reset the network stack in just a few keystrokes.
