So you're thinking about changing or have recently changed your website? Of course you want people's views and opinions of it.
Getting the views of technicians is always a great way to share best practice, but how do you know if it's not too techy and is actually alienating your potential customers?
Criticue (http://www.criticue.com/) is a FREE feedback and review site aimed at getting the opinions of lots of different types of people. It works by you submitting a review of a randomly chosen website. Then, someone will review yours and so on and so forth, on a credit based system. For example, you review 10 websites, 10 people from the community will review your website.
The feedback I've had back has made me think, has sometimes changed my mind and almost always prompts a comment about a feature or element I'd never thought about before.
If you're looking for a fresh pair of eyes, it might be the tool you need to make sure you're on the right track and give you suggestions you'd never contemplated.

I started using this site. The review quality isn't great, but you do get some really valuable nuggets when picking through them. It's worthwhile. Thanks for mentioning it.
