Does anyone have any experience with regaining access to the admin account of M365 purchased through GoDaddy? I don't know too many specifics but the sysadmin has been fired and the company has no access to the admin side of things.
Who from the company would be the one to contact GoDaddy and be able to straighten it out?
(I am only involved as one of my clients does work for this company, so he called me to see what their options are.)
