This is kind of an out there issue, wondering if anyone has any experience that might help. Basically just cross posting to this forum, just in case someone here has some insight.
I'm working on a VMWare system, base image is Win10 21H2 LTSC. FSLogix used, and a GPO to redirect user's desktop, docs, etc to a fileshare. Everything is working, except logons are taking 4 minutes.
If I take away the redirect GPO, logs on fine (less than 20 seconds) but keeps user files in the VHD.
The real kicker is, I work for a court and have a sister court that shares AD, VMWare, etc, etc, etc infrastructure. Their image and gpo and installation are nearly identical and built at the same time, and they don't have the issue.
1. Is there any kind of utility that will verbosely log windows startup and logon events better than event viewer?
2. Any guesses at all on the issue? Can give more detail if it would be useful

The winlogon notification subscriber <frxsvc> took 242 seconds to handle the notification event (Logon)If I take away the redirect GPO, logs on fine (less than 20 seconds) but keeps user files in the VHD.
