I know that this is a long shot but ...
Is anyone here familiar with the 'Freedom' :Mesh Enterphone web interface?
A client wants to change a phone number in the users area.
A client is using the default user of 'Freedom'.
I check the system settings and they have full access - specifically to 'users'.
When we click on the 'user' tab, there are no 'actions' on the navigation on the left hand side.
The users names are not hyperlinked.
As a result, we cannot change a user's phone number, add a user, etc.
The service provider is non-responsive.
The client is becoming desperate.
BTW - I have only been working with the client for a couple of weeks.
They claim that the issue started after the ISP swapped out the modem.
