Hey everyone, I just signed up for a new webinar site and have decided to cozy in with winter doing some webinars. To help me test the tools, I thought I would offer a free LinkedIn webinar to anyone here who wants to learn LinkedIn a bit better. I have plenty of open seats, I just ask that you register here.

Learn the ABC's about LinkedIn in a one hour free class. We will cover

  • How to get your name out there in your own community
  • Join the right groups
  • Add new quality commercial contacts
  • How to give value-add via status updates
  • Refresh your commericial/home business with a fresh marketing technique

Qualifiers:
You must already have a completed LinkedIn profile and already know a bit about social networking. This course is not for beginners.

It's this Saturday, 9:00 am to 10:00 am Central time. I hope we can get some folks from down under or the UK! I will be on Skype and have my webcam going as I need to test all that stuff too.

I will love to jump in on this, my LinkedIn needs some loveing first, its kinda blank. But I do work that day sadly, so will you have a recording of it for the after takers?

Lisa, I would have loved to jump in but saturdays are a real bad day for me,so next time maybe.
hopefully i can catch up with the recording later.

I'll be on vacation, so I signed up. Really looking forward to it! Hopefully, Turkey doesn't make me sleep in, but I'll def. catch the recording if I miss it live. Thanks for doing this Lisa.

I will record it and post up here when it's done. I absolutely love LinkedIn and for anyone that wants to use it in your community, this course will surely help.

Durnit, I was signed up to go but overslept Saturday morning and missed it.

How did Eventbrite and Fuze work out for you? Webinars for local businesses are on my marketing roadmap so I'm interested in other tools beside GotoMeeting to accomplish them as well.

I look forward to the recording.

Thanks,
Harold

I wish I could have made it. I am not even really in the PC repair business anymore, but her advice always seems to help! Maybe another time you will do it again. We all can hope!

I'll do it again here in a few weeks. The one last weekend was not that good of a recording and the few guys on the call had to deal with my technical issues with the software. It's a good program, I just didn't know it that well.

I did one last night that went good, so the next one will be ok.

Sorry Appletax, you can catch the next one buddy!

So far so good, eventbrite charges for the tickets, but it's well worth it over handing the tickets/costs myself. Fuze is ok, has many bells and whistles. I pay the $49 a month to be able to record, otherwise the $29 should work for others.
