Firefox Slow Scroll

As the title implies, whenever I use my wheel on my mouse, the scroll of FF is really slow. Not so on IE. Pages take a lot more wheel rolls in FF to get to the bottom of the page. It didn't use to be this way. Updated to latest firefox, and smooth scrolling is on. Any other suggestions? Is it a function of a maxed out PC?

You got a good video driver? If you don't then you'll get odd scrolling

Do you have "Smooth Scrolling" checked in the settings? Mine scrolls poorly if I check it.

smooth scrolling is checked. Now it seems to be working fine, go figure

I meant to UNcheck it. If it's checked, mine scrolls like crap, all herkyjerky.

Well, its checked and seems to be running fine. I guess I'll wait and see what happens
