Finished my site!

Very nicely done. I especially like the rotating banner blubs near the top. One nitpick is they would change before I could finish reading them.

your uptake rate for the opt-in (mama's newsletter) will be higher if you offer an incentive (ie discount, freebie)

Love the logo and the 'mom' concept. Would like to see more 'mom' branding / images throughout the site based on the logo character. This would make it very distinctive and increase its appeal to consumers. Its already quite distinctive, and building on that in terms of the aesthetic of the site would be a strong move to distinguishing and emboldening your brand.

Particularly @ the 'services' page, which is kinda 'vanilla' at the moment

Thats a great logo and branding concept you have there. Seriously. One of the best I have seen in this industry.

Personally, Im a big believer on one page per service, and a services menu. It allows more 'hooks' in terms of selling each respective product, and also makes for better SEO. Bear in mind that consumers will usually have a repair in mind when searching for a computer repair provider - in other words, they want information on "virus removals" or "data recovery". Yes make it apparent that you do other things too, but ensure your product page is better than the next guy/gal's. You will usually only get one chance to convert each visitor into a customer.

Excellent point...yes, that is in the works...thanks for the reminder.

I know, if I had the cash to get a real graphic designer in there for that I would love to...when the cash flow is there I'll be all over that!

I went a little skimpy on the services descriptions because so many of my customers are residential and kind of turned off by technical detail. But I hear you on the SEO. I might experiment with fleshing it out a little here and there for that. I guess I'm primarily selling trust and personality first--I personally think this is the primary barrier in the residential market--and my techie chops just below that, slightly. I could be wrong about that but that is where my instinct has led me.

Aw shucks. Coming from you guys I take that as a big compliment :D

Looks good. I love the "Rosie the Programmer" logo. I agree with input of the other TN members. In particular, you need to really increase the number of call-to-actions. I'd post your number more often and more clearly. Nice site.

You should have your phone number on every page in text form. This will help with SEO. Very nice website though and a very cool logo.

Very nice and professional looking. Clean and to the point. I am sure you will have great success with it.

I have to say I totally agree with the other on this being a really nice professional looking site. It's clean, simple and well thought out. I only hope my new site will be as good as this one:)

Like Jim, i love the 'Mom' concept, very unique.

Well done Angela, very impressed:D

Critic, but not!

Kudos for sure, Logo is great, layout is clean, for the most part really nice to look at.

But, I agree with the forum on their negative comments the only other thing I would add is a real picture for your "About" page to add an additional trust factor to it, and possibly add other logos to the front page to do the same.

Generally it's a great site...:)

Love your site! The layout is very clean, and not too hard on the eyes. Finding information is also quite easy. I don't really care for the flash changer, but other than that, looks good. As someone else suggested, I would recommend putting the phone number as text somewhere on the page for search engine purposes.

Would you care to elaborate?

The phone number is part of the logo. I think that it should also be included in SEO friendly text form on every page. The op could also add the phone number to the alt text of the image to accomplish the same thing.

Very nice work...a great site even without any changes. As others have said, I also really like the "Mom" concept.

My constructive criticism is with the "Request Help" page. To me, the "Bolded Fields" kind of blend in with the rest of the text in the surrounding area. I suggest changing the colors a little, or perhaps even going with the standard "*".
