Feedback on Site Refresh / New Logo

nice site.

1. theres scope for a slogan on the top banner. Personally I would have liked to have seen one there.

2. "What do we offer" graphic on "company" could go above the fold. There's a lot of white space to the right thats available.

3. "Managed services" - I found the text on the price table a little hard to read. Grey-on-grey, particularly difficult. Would like to see something a little more appealing-looking there.

4. personally this struck me as an inconsistency across the headings:

Manage Across Platforms
Manages Expectations
Manages Growth

I can see that a lot of thought has gone into your ad copy and assume this wording may have been intentional. It stuck out a bit in my reading of the text though.

5. "Helpdesk and support team" - I would really like to see some images of actual staff member on this page. I was reviewing a site for a travel consultancy a few days ago and they had a bunch of thumbnails running across the screen of their staff - this had actually a very powerful effect in regard to creating a sense of connection to the company.

6. I think deeper pages all need some visual elements to illustrate the concepts.. Im talking about all child pages from "capabilities" and the child pages from "consulting". I would actually place this as a priority. IMO you are really only at about 50% effectiveness pushing blocks of text with no illustrative content. Its only giving "half the story" if you can see what I mean.

7. I find the site navigation very good, however I would place "capabilities" and "managed services" at the head of the top navigation menu. Not sure what your site stats say but I would speculate these would be your primary hits and from a useability standpoint might be made more prominent.

8. I assume you mean to populate "success stories" - personally I would hide that page until it is populated. My thinking on testimonials is that they are better served peppered throughout a site rather than buried in one location. For example, if a client is seeking networking services, a really powerful adjunct to that reading is to have a couple of testimonials (networking success stories) right on that page. If its there, you can be sure there's a possibility of it being read. If its buried, a good chance it may not be seen. Testimonials do sell services, so they deserve to be as prominent as possible IMO

Great site. These are minor quibbles, and I expect you are already thinking along some of these lines anyway. My compliments to the chef :)

I really like the new look and feel, really nice theme. Looks a lot better then some of the other themes some other people have used.

I agree about getting slogan etc

But another point because you gone and got a theme, it is very important you look at your meta tags, which are currently advertising the theme company.

<meta name="Keywords" content="brightness, web design, html, template, studio" /> <!-- Key words for the search engines. Change this to whatever you want. -->
<meta name="Description" content="Brightness - A HTML Template by ilove2design.at" /> <!-- Website description. Change this to whatever you want. -->

Thanks

Thanks both of you, alot of good points brought up, and yes I am working on a tag line

Woops, I didn't even notice those in the header, I would hate to advertise for them any way since I changed like 90% of the site
