I like this Fedora 18 Desktop distro I installed on my new system recently.
Aside from it's nice looks, and maybe it's just me but it seems that the packaging system has much improved. Installing apps is just like in Windows. No more going to the command line for every installation.
Had to use yum to install an app to take care of default setting of not being able to use icons on the desktop, but no big deal.
