I am helping an elderly (92 years old) woman who's Facebook account got disabled and it says she can't request another review of their decision. She has no idea what happened and no idea if she or her granddaughter previously requested an review.

My question:

Is there any way to set up a new account and somehow transfer her friends from the old account?

I had this happen with someone in the last few weeks. We couldn't even create a new account. Just got instantly flagged. Even tried an alias name and still didn't work...so something in facebook's algorithm apparently doesn't like something...very weird I never saw anything like that before on facebook. I told her we may have to try again in 6 months and see what happens. I really didn't know what else to try.

I do believe in 180 days they will permanently remove the account.

if they account has been compromised then I would also change the email address that the account was associated with.

Iv been seeing this more and more. Basically they have lost the account and to reset up and new account that is verified paid and then you get better support with Meta.

Yeah it says that right there 180 days it will be disabled. Only option they gave was human verification with camera...looking up down sideways etc. lol...still didn't work in this case.
