FABS backup from vista restore to 7

Question is simply can I run FABS to backup a system running Vista and then restore to the system after reformatting it to windows 7?

Yes of course. This will backup and restore your user profiles and associated data files. Always do a full image backup as well just in case.

I suppose, but I haven't used it before and I just wanted to allay my concern that a Vista backup might have compatibility issues when trying to restore it to a Windows 7 system.

Maybe I'm old fashioned I use Fabs for the backup but copy it back manually
It only takes a short then I know it’s done right
