E Machine 3230 Drivers

Hi People

I really hope someone can help me with this problem.

I am having alot of trouble trying to find the drivers for the E Machine 3230 mainly the on board network card.

I have spent the last 4 hours searching the internet and got no were.

Can anyone please help.

I think it's the Realtek 8139 / 810x (onboard) that you are after.

There not the ones mate. But thanks for you help.

Its show up as a unknow RAID Card. Does that sound right?

I dont think i have ever had so many problems finding drivers for a computer than i have this one. The problem was not having internet access on the computer. If i had internet access i could have just used Device Doctor which would have picked up the device in seconds.
I have now installed a wireless card and used Device Doctor to find the drive for the Network Card. All's Well

Is it the original motherboard that came with the PC? I know that PCWorld/Currys/Dixons had quite a high motherboard failure rate with that range of eMachines and usually replaced it with a different board.

You could try running Everest on it to get more info on the board or get the info directly off the board. The original board should be a MSI-6714 so if it differs from this that would explain it.
