Hmmm.. I've got my browsers locked down tight and didn't have any problems at all?
Ublock Origin blocks 17 "elements" and Opera's built in Ad-Blocker blocks 33, but let's me go there.
edit: just tried it on 4 different computers with 4 different browsers. Opera (on Linux) FF (on Win 7) Google Crap (on Win 10) and IE in Win 10. No worries.


I downloaded it, scanned it with Emsisoft and installed it on a test rig. No ads, no redirects, no bundles or anything else...

I have no faith in Virus Total either...

You can test it all you want. Personally I only turn off things in 10 that can be done witoutany extra tools. I dont butcher the OS anymore than can be done in Windows itself. It is either that or luck I dont see any of the issues that are reported all over the many forums.

This is how many programmers monetize their programs now. They don't care about reputation it seems, they just play the numbers game, they get enough installations of their adware infested program to make it worth their while. Meanwhile they're writing their next toy and go around again...

It may depend upon from which part of the world it was downloaded. Do you remember when ess dee eye (not O) got avast inserted into it but only the downloads going to USA.
