Overall looks like a good flyer / promo strategy. I do have a few points and advice based on my own results:
1. When mentioning your name you are better off mentioning the company name for consistency. You want your client to learn your company name and not you specifically. It really does help when the refer you to their friends in the long run.
2. The back page seems off to me with the "Information technology solution" portion. Being what I presume mostly residential flyers I would use that space for something more specific like "Computer adivsor guru" or something along that line.

Final tip that I have had great success backed by a>b testing is mailing the cards in a clear envelope. You will pay more upfront for the cost but will make it back as people actually see something new and look at it for a second (especially with your discount sticker) rather than throwing it away because it looks like junk mail. Just something to think about for your next campaign.

Thanks for the feedback! Will do some workup on it as well, I was going for a business / residential flyer, I'm sending them out as 8x11 post cards to the entire county, I like the idea of the clear envelop if I ever mail some out though.
