Diagnostics Charge?

I have for home users $30 dia fee Waived if you have service done. Otherwise I charge $60 h/r with 1 hour minimum, often will do .5 hour charge though if it is a very quick fix.

I offer a "FREE Diagnostics". How I have it worded tho is like this. "Free Diagnostics with Service" and in smaller words. "If you refuse service then a diagnostics fee will apply". Something like that... Can't remember the exact words at the moment. Don't have the sign in front of me.
