Dell Server Hard Drive

I have a small school with a Dell server. A hard drive in the Raid is failing.
Drive is no longer available as a new drive. What would be a good compatible
replacement drive? Also a good source for the drive. Thank you for any guidance.

Honestly... replace the server, those drives are almost 15!
