[REQUEST] Dell Inspiron 5348 Black screen question

Hi just got in a Dell Inspiron 5348 all in one, boots to black screen, then turns grey, can't get to any boot options only thing I can get is brightness and input from side buttons, (see jpeg) but cannot get past that, is there another way to turn the screen on, HDMI doesn't work either. I'm thinking a mobo video issue but wondering if anyone has seen this, I select each but still goes back to blank screen

I would run diagnostics on the hard drive as well.
