I've heard it said "Friends don't let friends use AOL," but I have a customer who depends on it. He uses the AOL website and not an email client like Outlook, and he wants to clean up his contact list. Deleting one at a time would take an hour. The instructions I've found on the web for deleting multiple contacts at a time all basically say "Click on contacts, then check the boxes on all of the contacts you want to delete."
The problem is that I can't find any way to display check boxes on the Contact list or to select multiple contacts for deletion. Clicking on the "..." More Options icon for a contact doesn't offer any help - it doesn't even give a way to delete the contact.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
