The problem is he's changed registrars and hosts over and over. He's using a shared server with 61 different sites on it. He's based in India with all the other support call centers that no one in the US wants to call. The site is slow as molasses. Near as I can tell, they are trying to operate an international support call center on a $10/month hosting plan. It doesn't add a lot of legitimacy to the company. It's fine for a small tech shop to use shared hosting, but all this just scares me. There is no way I would outsource any of my customers to a call center based in India. I'm sure they know what they're doing. However, I've been in this business long enough to cringe every time I have to call a support or customer service line.
