Cs hotline anyone used ?

Hey looking at using CS Hotline prices good, But wanted to know if anyone has used them and what is service like ?

Haven't used them myself so I can't comment on the quality of the service itself. Their call centers are in India though. Some customers may take issue with this, and this should be taken into consideration.

If you do decide to go this route, let me know how it goes
 
They spammed the forum twice last week with fake users linking to them.

Yep and neither the company nor the spammers have apologized or explained themselves so as far as I'm concerned they remain on my blacklist.

Unless if Mike (owner of CSHotline) comes on here and says it was him then I have no beef with him. Might of been anyone and they just for some reason thought it was a good idea. But, knowing Mike he would not do that.

Im not saying he would but it would be in his and his companies best intrest to take the time to post an apology for it and say that this was not something they had approved. I can believe they hired out some marketing assitance and this hired marketing help decided to use these dirty practices with out his knowledge. I don't mean to doubt you or your friend my only point is those marketing tactics are not acceptable and companies should avoid and condemn those practices as much as they can.

You are absolutely correct about using tactics like that but unfortunetly some hard chargers just don't get it...I am sure Mike will handle it.
 
Call That Girl pays 20% on each and every call referred in, not going to make anyone totally rich but we are an alternative and --won't steal your clients or add them to our marketing lists unless you give us the client--refer one or refer all the remote jobs you want, you know we aren't going to be coming to your town too soon to open a shop lol.

I see he is using them. Do you find the operators speak clear English and are helpful?

They are from India ;) so do they speak like me...nope...But they speak clear enough that when we have discussions I know exactly what they are talking about and can understand everything. Have never had one customer complain about he language.
 
I used them for several months. They never once fixed an issue when someone called in. And no they do not speak clear English. I live in the south where.... Lets just say not having clear english speaking people on the phone can sink a company. And it really hurt my business. So I dropped them.

I really wish it had worked because the prices are so good.
