*.crypted Files

So a customer brought in her computer, and it had the cryptolocker virus on it supposedly. There's a website for reversing the encryption for the virus, but it says these files aren't Cryptolocker encoded.

So does anyone know a way to reverse the encryption on these files? Thanks everyone.

Try ShadowExplorer to browse and restore files from restore points before malware infected system.

I would run Kaspersky bootable scanner before that.
