Hello Technibblers,

I am at a point in this business where I feel I could benefit from creating some kind of procedure manual/checklist. This might make jobs go by faster and more accurate. Any reference material I can review to make sure I make the most accurate manual/checklists possible? Thanks again.

Note: I will be starting the process by documenting the steps I go through for some of my more common jobs, but any help would be great!

@Cadishead Computers I already own the Business Kit :P I am a huge fan of a couple of their forms, I use them routinely. They have a good checklist in there for reformats/backups, but none others that I am aware of. That would be a good place to start nonetheless. @4ycr Thanks for the suggestion I'll have a look at his blog today. @TurricanII It does seem that flow charts are common for this sort of thing. Maybe that's the best way to organize it, especially to avoid boring blocks of text. Thanks for the advice guys!
