CDBurnerXP every time. In spite of the name, it works on Windows 2000/XP/2003 Server/Vista/2008/Win7/Win8 (x86 / x64). Doesn't mess with Windows settings/drivers and has an excellent on-line help. Never had to give support after installation and showing the client the help and FAQ pages. What software do you usually use /recommend to clients to copy DVDs? (legally)
