I can say you one its called K9 web protection its FREE use the well known web application called GOOGLE

I just installed K9 at a clients house. She wanted a good, free solution to keep her kids from visiting certain websites. In less than 10 minutes, it was up and running and blocking the websites she wanted. She was happy.

Just remember that K9 even though it is good its only a software installed on the OS and therefore if an alternative OS is used, say a ubuntu distro of a live CD it isn't blocked,

K9 web protection works fine,but when a page is blocked...It shows an alert window indicates that the page is blocked...Is there any way to hide the window? or is it possible to customize the alert page according to our wish??Thank u!!!

I don't believe there is. I have been reading all documentation and don't see anything. Might email K9 and ask them.
What I think most people are forgetting is that the kids are typically smarter then the parents and can buypass any software on a computer. The best filter is to leave the kids computer in a public area and be aware of what the kids are doing and to build trust with them.
