I would not charge extra for each profile, it really will not take long to run ccleaner on each user. A virus scan under an administrator user account should access all parts of the drive to find and clean out any infections.

We charge $75.00/hr for all onsite jobs,
$145.00 for all offsite repairs.

We recommend to the client to let us take the computer back to the shop, as the repair can take quite long over 3hours in some cases, if we do full scan and defrag, usually onsite we will not do full scan and defrag just the quick scan and regular cleanup.

I charge a flat rate of $50 for a good cleanup.

$50.00 for a standard clean up, $100.00 if they need virus/spyware/malware removal etc.
