Computer Tips for users

A client of mine wants me to write up a little something to help users. Info like leaving the computer running for a month and a half with 47 apps open each with 56 windows open might start to effect performance.

And don't open attachments from unknown sources or unexpected attachments etc.

Then I started thinking it probably already exists and someone had done a better job at it then I would.

Anyone know of something like this?
