Hi guys,
I have a laptop here and it won't power up.
When plugged into a tested power supply,
when the power button above the keyboard is depressed,
the power button and the power led on the front of the case,
flash repeatedly.
I've split the case, and have followed the flowcharts, reseat components, etc,
but now the manual says, replaced the internal DC-DC converter, the mobo,
pretty much the works.
After depressing the power button, I noticed the CPU fan jitters slighly, like it's not getting enough power.
Any ideas what's wrong with this laptop?
