Let's say you want to open a command prompt to a specific location like here:



Type "cmd" in the address bar



Result:

Or RMB Click in the directory and select "Open CMD Prompt Here"

I just run this.
It's just a right click in any folder to select "Open CMD Prompt as Administrator."

For those with the context menu choice, you've had to add that manually to your Windows install at some point in the past. It's not a routine part of Windows. (At least not in a retail version of Windows 10 Pro.)
