So, I've been in this business for the last 13+ years. It's been a fun / bumpy / interesting ride. However, there just isn't the money in serving residential customers anymore and I really don't have the drive to keep it going.
There might be a business in phone / tablet type repair or move to more businesses and less residential. Quite frankly, I'm tired of all the customers that don't / won't pay for services after work is done.
Anyway, I'm not sad about the business closing, I'm looking forward to the next challenge. But, there remains the question. What to do with all the old equipment?
I have old systems, refurbished / running systems, screens, old RAM, new RAM, routers, power supplies, store fixtures, tools, my business computer systems, etc.
I've been listing stuff online (Craigslist, Letgo, etc) but there seems to be very little interest in the refurbished computer market. If I can't even get rid of the stuff that is 'good' online, what luck do I have of unloading the rest of the parts / supplies? Am I listing stuff, too high? Please be honest, I need to know what I can sell?
Here are a few examples of items I'm currently trying to sell...
HP Envy 7640 - only 226 pages printed .... $80
Dell Vostro 200, 2GB DDR2, 320GB HDD, Win10, Intel dual-core E2140 ... $60
Epson XP-420 - new ... $40
Acer slimline, AMD dual-core, 4GB RAM, 200GB HDD, Win10... $100
Fujitsu Lifebook T4215, Intel core 2 T5600, 3GB RAM, 150GB HDD, tablet / laptop... $80
