Cloning SSD to larger SSD

I am trying to clone a 128GB SSD to a 256GB SSD using a clone dock. It successfully clones it but half of it is unallocated (which makes sense). When I try to extend the volume to use that space using disk management is gives me an error "The operation is not supported by the object."

Is there a way to do this?

When dock fails I use Macrium Reflect which allows dynamic resizing.

Fire up a Mint "live" session and use "Gparted" or "Disks?"
