I don't do holidays; I get bored and end up working on something or other. Haven't taken more than a couple of consecutive days off in over 25 years.

I will be here, on Three Sisters Beach, in Great Exuma, Bahamas...for 1 week. A little bungalow on the beach, a rather empty beach....might see 1 or 3 other people in a whole day.
Drunk off of my butt, doing lots of free diving, beachs, sand bars, good food and drink!

Good question. At the moment, we are hustling hard to make this happen so we can be full time with the business. So we will take advantage of our JOB break and run specials to bring new clients in. When we go full time I assume we will have a better work life balance.

I'm Jewish. December 25th is a Friday for me. Ironically, since clients now this, I get a few calls. Don't have much else to do that day. New Years Eve is usually spent making sure the year is properly closed out. I make any last minute purchases or adjustments. New Years Day I want to start the fiscal year off right, so I'm working. Since I do residential, clients like scheduling New Years Day since they are off of work.

I am starting to wind down now, and will officially be on holiday from the 24th to around the 4th of January.

January is normally a very busy month for me so I try to have a proper break with my wife and a few close friends. Most of my business is residential so a lot of Christmas presents to configure in January!!

I will be emailing my customer base a Christmas message later today wishing them all the best for the season and I how I look forward to supporting them next year.

I also work for a Jewish business owner, but he still celebrates that this is a holiday for many of us. So with that in mind,

a - yes
b - as long as I want (usually back the following Monday)
c - Christmas eve (usually early afternoon - depending on whether we are busy with sales or not)
d - see "b" answer
e - whatever I (& my bride) feel like doing.

There's a chance that in future years my wife and I will take a vacation to warmer climate during this time of year. We've only talked of doing this for many years now.
