The process fails to create the backup though the folder was created successfully.
User has a uni account as well as a personal MS account and uses them separately.
The student account seems to be synching correctly but I seem to not be able to switch to her personal account where she's got data she's concerned about.
Is there a specific way to switch from one account to the other, maybe that's what I need to do to enable the back up?
The troubleshooting seems to imply that the data has to be backed up before removing and re-installing the app.
Clearing the cache still does not help with backing up.
