Cable staple gun advise please

I'm looking into getting a cable staple gun, specially for ethernet cable.

Can anyone recommend what is a good make (I'm purchasing in the UK) & also, what staples are required please?

Here in the state the most popular is made by Arrow, but the staples are made for cat3 or lower cable. Using it on Cat5 or higher cause the cable to be crimped.

I don't/won't do staples...I cringe whenever I see them and will not trust that cable and desperately want to replace it.
J-Hooks or screwed in zip tie cable holders or surface channels.

Zip ties are worse than staples. You should only be using velcro on data cables

The new plastic staples are the way to go for single cable runs. Yes it is hard to get the right size for the cable you are installing.

Any of the various hangers are the correct way to install data cable along a wall, from all thread or from dedicated Ceiling wires.

How are zip ties worse than staples? They don't pierce the jacket or shielding like staples do?

Zip ties pinched the cable crushing it.

If you use the normal cable staple then yes they are worse than zip ties, but you should only use the newer plastic ones designed to handle data cable and coax.

Problem is most don't want to spend the extra money for the stapler and the plastic staples and continue to use the older version.

Same problem as people buying cheap data cable that can't be traced to any standard.
