Cable Installer (North Bay of San francisco) - advice on locating one

This is both a request for advice for finding and a seeking an individual/business to run cable in the North Bay areas of San Francisco.

Here is some history: the business was started in 2008 and I have done most of the work including installing cable, networking, and the whole gambit. I've worked with 4 cabling installers over the years and in every case I had to fix their work which was sub-par (i.e. poor terminations, shoddy routing of cabling, finished install not clean and professional.) Because of these experiences I have a work agreement I use which is mutually beneficial to both parties, it applies both ways and if someone is unwilling to agree to it I quickly know they are not on the up and up.

I find my business continues to grow and I need to find competent, self-starting, common sense and honest cable installers (with electrical experience) with the goal of a long term mutually beneficial business relationship. I know it has got to be possible but has anyone had success in this and how did you find the installer or business you are working with? Also, if you are a cabling installer, general contractor, electrician in the bay area please feel free to contact me.

We found that once we stumbled onto someone who was competent and reasonably-priced, we just had to train them to do what we wanted - every time. For the first couple of years after we started using them, I would remind them on every job - "Don't forget to X and Y and Z - that's the way we like it". Now that we have them trained, we have a pretty good working relationship - they have even referred us work on occasion. Now I just hope they don't fold - it's a small business and the owner is approaching retirement - although not as fast as I am.

For some reason I thought you were closer, like an hour or so south. Tend to forget how long the state really is.
