How do these new cards look? Any suggestions?

My only suggestion is to get rid of Comic Sans, that's a terrible font if you want to convey a professional image.

Nicer.

I find the yellow-on-white a little hard to read. Can you put a black edge on it? Blue background behind it?

I'm lukewarn about the USB stick thingy myself. It looks a little extraneous and will be exceedingly hard to reproduce on small prints. For fonts...you might have a gander here. Otherwise, looks good!
