"Budgie" joins the official Ubuntu stable of flavors

The Ubuntu variant "Budgie Remix" has now joined the official stable of Ubuntu flavors. I haven't previewed it as I tend to be averse to the Unity desktop but this seems to be the Xfce of the Unity desktop.
