Got a customer that has had 3 of these over the past month and just trying to narrow down what the issue might be.

pc is a Gateway Desktop DX4860-UR28
I5 CPU
8GB Memory

This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code.

So is this XP x64?

ask good questions by telling us what operating system are you using, what were you doing at the time when it happened and what have you done so far etc.. This will increase your chances of getting answered and having your problem fixed quicky

Very Sorry i meant to put that also....
It is Windows 7 Home Premium x64

pc was not being used at the time.....customer had been away and when he returned it had blue screened

nothing has been done to the pc yet at this time. Cust is one of our business clients and we were trying to get as much info as possible about the error, before starting the repair, to not inconvenience the customer as much as possible.
