Been using teamviewer any other suggestions for remote access?

i use instanthousecall. it is great. good price and the tech support when a problem comes up is second to none. Also the owner is an active member here.

I use Teamviewer also, but most of my customers don't have problems with it. I used to use Logmein. I'm going to take a look at some of the suggestions above, some I hadn't heard of before.

Although i always had Take Control installed via GFI,I will always, ALWAYS, connect via logmein. Logmein Rescue just works. You can just tell that the developers took the time to debug and beta test every possible scenario. When I tell it to reboot, it actually reboots, just about every time. Teamviewer half the time doesn't even reboot. Or if it does, and the computer has rebooted, and then claims that the session has to expire in 5 minutes, ARGG. Teamviewer is unstable and annoying. Logmein Rescue just works. Always

I've found it is easier to walk a client through downloading TeamViewer Quick Support agent than going through my ScreenConnect portal. I just can't seem to simplify the SC setup. Tried a couple of addons but that didn't really help.

Once you are finally connected, leave an icon on the desktop to TeamViewer Quick Support (or whatever your preferred app is) and rename it to YOURCOMPANY REMOTE SUPPORT CLICK HERE or something like that. That way you don't need to go through the hassle again.
