Bags for Carrying equipment.

Does anybody have tips on getting a desktop machine and maybe other equipment such as monitors to to their car when the weather is not at it's best?

Idealy I would have a good sized bag with some kind of padding in (maybe) that would protect it from the rain.

I just keep a roll of large heavy duty black bin bags in the van. You can get many uses out of them as they don't rip easily.

Yeh, bin bags are fine I was just looking for something that looked a bit more professional and made the carrying easier as some houses don't have driveways and I end up parking half down the road.

look for a han party case harness although ive never used ont they look kinda weak id go for a lan paty bag .personally ive got a bac that used to have a duvet in it it fits a large case perfectly

But yes, black bin bags serve the purpose fine.

I'd never heard the phrase "LAN party" before, but there are a load of products for carrying equipment. Thanks for the info.

ok a lan party is when you take a load of computer gamers ranging from novice to pro depending on the party type and put them in a big room everyone brings their own pcs and they all connect up to a network and play games aginst each other like counterstrike halo and call of duty but not limited to theese games, the events are popular because unlike playing online you know that the person you just killed in a game is in the same room which adds a extra level of competaticveness , usualy there are prizes for the best gamer of the night the best looking rig o the night(ive seen pcs modded to look like volcanos) and the best spirited (usually the poor kid who kept getting head shot in call of duty but still kept on going ll)

It is called a LAN party because generally everyone playing is on the same LAN. Which is why the term "LAN Gaming Case" is used with portable cases since you are moving it around all the time.

I find the big blue Ikea bags work quite well for carrying desktops.
