Just a heads up. Avast must have released a bad update or something, but so far at least one client's Carbonite has stopped working due to Avast quarantining files it shouldn't. Basically, Carbonite lost all of it's settings and is telling the user that it is not set up yet. A system restore and whitelisting Carbonite before Avast updates seems to have taken care of the problem.
