autotask & connectwise

I went and stayed with autotask.

Its very indepth and takes a bit to setup to your liking. The mobile interface is just so so to me. For instance I never figured out (havent tried lately) how (if possible) to enter a new account while mobile. I can add a ticket to an existing account, but cant go out to a customer and add their info to the system whille on site on my cell or tablet.

Also note you have to make alot of security system mods in ie for the dashboard to work rigjht.

Other than the payment every month its a pretty good system. Either way you have to set it up and learn the system.
 
We bit the bullet and started with Connectwise from the very beginning - on their servers not ours and have the mobile app also.

Connectwise has their 'University' training sessions that you can use at anytime. Great way to introduce a new employee to the system. You can assign them training modules, track their progress, and see what percentage of the questions they are getting correct.
The Connectwise program is built by a large tech company that uses it themselves.

A local tech company went with Connectwise after we did and purchased the program... as it's been mentioned, it's expensive to purchase it and install it on your own servers. If you use the Connectwise servers, the updates are done are a regular basis, otherwise it's up to you to update your server and you know how that goes... when you can get around to it.

Connectwise has a staff of people whose job it is to respond to your issues and correct them.

If anyone is on the fence as to what to purchase and is planning on growing their business, I suggest that they go with Connectwise.
