application error

Hi Guys,

I am having a problem with a customers laptop they have an invoicing program on it and they are getting an error the application failed to intialize properly (0xc0000006) click on ok to terminated.

They have no back up of the application and there data and I am not sure where the program stores the data. I did run malwarebytes on it and it had over 300 infected files mostly adware some bho and antivirus 2009. cleaned it but program will still not run anyone no of something else? maybe a registery cleaner? thanks!!! Try selecting all the dlls and ocxs in the program folder right clicking and choosing open with then browse to regsvr32 You'll get a bunch of cascading dialog boxes most of which hopefully say positive things. Then try running the app again.
