Anyone having recurring issues with Screenconnect?

I have been having recurring issues with Screenconnect over the last couple of months. All systems in the dashboard show as not online. Under system status External Accessibility Check shows as failed. They never provide any feedback as to if their system went down or what.
 
The remote computers are trying to make connection with the screenconnect server. I assume their server is down or something. I just don't understand why their twitter or facebook feeds never say we are experiencing a problem or something. I would hope that someone is monitoring their system. I'll be looking for an alternative this week.

Update: Just got an email from them. They have acknowledged that there is an issue and are looking into it.

They may be undergoing not so much growing pains as digestion pains as they integrate with ConnectWise.

If you're on their month-to-month plans, you might look at Instant Housecall; if you're looking for something comparable to their older self-hosted plans Simple-Help may be your best bet.
 
Buy the self hosted version if at all possible.

? I'm pretty sure that Simple-Help doesn't do any kind of SaaS bit - you get the server software, and you set up where you want to run it. Similarly, Instant Housecall doesn't have anything that you can host the server on your own - it's all SaaS hosted by them.

ScreenConnect and Splashtop are the only ones I'm aware of that have both SaaS and self-hosted options, though I admit I haven't looked as hard at MSPAnywhere or some of the other more expensive ones.
