Just got off phone with a client, their mobile fleet of staff are unable to connect to the terminal server, or get e-mail via phones. They all use Verizon cellular and 4G cards in the laptops. Unable to connect to the terminal server, phones unable to resolve the OWA address of exchange server.
Rackspace guy said Verizon had their DNS blow up on Saturday and they're still ironing out some kinks, thousands of IP ranges still blocked.
Do a lookup of FQDN's you might have an issue with against their DNS servers.
