Anyone ever hear of and/or use decrap.org?

Just found this site today:

I haven't used it yet, but I think I'll give it a whirl. What are your thoughts on this type of product? Anyone use this tool or something similar to it?

Doesn't seem to be compatible with W10 - according to the website. http://www.decrap.org/download/

Ah! This seems to be a better product than the decrap.org one. At least it has a better UI. Will have to give it a try. Especially since, as Mick pointed out, the decrap.org doesn't seem compatible with W10.
