Anyone else have issues keeping up with their Inbox?

I use eRemove.
I get about 10~15 emails per day per account (4 accounts). I just delete what I don't want/spam.
Only download legit mail.
I have a "zero inbox" as well.
No Google mail, no Outlook.com or any other.

91759 unread emails out of 150886 but i had many more but I did a purge back in 2007 when I got a smart phone.
(numbers don't count spam filtered by gmail)

I read the subject line but i rarely click mail i have no intention of reading.
