Radix CRM

Radix is a contact management application that can be used to keep track of clients, jobs, invoicing, and so on. It includes the following integrated functions:

Contacts, Companies, Email, Appointments, Phone Messages, To Do, Help Desk, Knowledge Base, Time Entry, Projects, Invoicing, Expenses, EMerge, Products, Notes, Suggestion Box, Out Board

Some of the functions, e.g. invoices and reports, can be customized using the SQL language.
Radix is free for a single user license and $49.95 per user for a multi-user license. I have tried many CRM applications but have not found a better one for my PC tech business in that price range. It does have a few minor bugs and shortcomings, but it's possible to work around them.

Unfortunately the company website (Hurstridge Technologies) seems to have disappeared; maybe the company went out of business. If you can still find a copy of the program, I suggest you try it out. The latest version is 3.55. Let me know what you think.
